RapidVisa offers you the opportunity to earn rewards by referring your friends and family to use our products. Your participation in the RapidVisa Referral Program can earn a savings reward. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason.
These terms ("Terms") apply to a user's participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, users agree to use the Program as outlined herein, and consistent with any other terms we may apply to the Program. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then you cannot participate in the Program.

How it works

RapidVisa may provide you with the opportunity to invite your friends and family members (each, a “Referee”) to purchase any RapidVisa visa product. Participation in the Referral Program is by invitation only and completely voluntary.
To participate, go to get.rapidvisa.com, which you can then use to provide names and emails of your friends/family. If a referral purchases a product each of you will receive a reward: you, as the Referrer, will receive a $50 refund, and the Referee (your friend or family member) will receive a coupon for a $50 discount.
By providing the e-mail address of your friends and family they will receive an email from RapidVisa immigration describing our products. When they purchase any product via referral, they may use a coupon code for a $50 discount.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a "Referrer" (this is the person that sends out the invitation) you must have a paid RapidVisa account in good standing, and be over 18 years old.
To be eligible to receive the refund reward the "Referee" (person invited to use RapidVisa) must be submitted into our Referral Program submission form. The Referee will receive the $50 discount coupon and must purchase any Visa product within 90 days of being submitted into the Referral Program.
RapidVisa reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Referral Program if you don’t comply with these Referral Terms & Conditions.

Conditions for Receiving Reward

1. The person who was invited to use RapidVisa must purchase any RapidVisa product in order for the Referer to receive their reward.
2. The Referee must sign up within 90 days from the date the Referer submitted their information.
3. The Referer’s account must be of good standing (not refunded, and payments are on time) to receive a $50 refund 14 days after the Referee purchases a RapidVisa product.
4. The Referee will become eligible to receive a $50 discount coupon upon referral.
5. We will only distribute rewards to the name and contact information we are given.
6. The reward cannot be transferred.
7. The reward cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
8. The discount coupon cannot be redeemed with other offers.

In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in RapidVisa’s Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Referral Program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Referral Program rewards accrued.
- Spam, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Referral Program submissions that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Referral Program or Referral Terms & Conditions.
- Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your Referee beyond the Referral Program invitation, or otherwise using your Referral Program submissions or referral rewards for promotional purposes.
- Submitting more than one referral invitation from within the same household.
- For instances where two customers refer the same individual, then the referral reward will go to the first person who submitted the referral
- Each Referer (person who invites their friends) can only earn up to a max of 5 rewards.

We reserve the right to disqualify any user at any time from participation in the program if he/she does not comply with any of these terms.
